HSM® organizes any further treatment of materials

All applications require more and more special characteristics or even higher resilience of steel and other high-performance materials. The material shall be especially easy to be processed or resist to a various number of mechanical stress.

To make sure that materials keep these specialties HSM doesn’t only assist you with procurement: we will also organize heat treatment. Finding the right partner and organizing transport – you can leave all those tasks with us. Your customer service / account manager will do this for you.

As your experienced system supplier we would like to simplify every step of your supply chain and will therefore of course also organize for heat treatment of your material.

Heat treatment processes from HSM^®

Thermal processes:

• Annealing
• Hardening
• Tempering  
• Quenching

Thermochemical processes:

Sometimes materials need to be thermochemically heat treated due to their application. We can organize the following:

• Carburization
• Carbonitriding
• Nitrocarburizing
• Nitrating
• Boriding
