Special production & drawing parts

HSM^® is your expert for drawing parts

Does your workpiece have to be custom made based on production drawing specifications? Do you need sample parts or prototypes? Then you have come to the right place!

We produce parts out of steel, (non-ferrous) metal, high-performance material or plastics made based on your production drawing specifications. We also find the right type of processing for high-performance materials such as titanium, nickel-based alloys, high-temperature steels, zirconium, tantalum or complex parts made based on production drawings with measurement protocol.

From CNC machining to welded constructions, honing, balancing and more specialised forms of processing such as centreless grinding, we produce your sample part according to your specifications – made to order and precisely.

We process small quantities or small batches as well as large series or blanket orders. We attach great importance to speed and top quality. Depending on the requirements, we produce tools ready to go into production, first prototypes or sample parts using a wide range of process technologies. We flexibly select the most effective processing method so that you can work with the high-quality end product as soon as possible. We use your existing data, be it PDF, CAD, DXF or 3D data, and also produce sample components using rapid prototyping. Constant quality control

We pay attention to constant quality control throughout the entire process of producing parts based on production drawings. The quality of our partners is also constantly checked and documented by specific test reports.

You can also receive a 3.1 or 3.2 acceptance test certificate as well as special material tests on request to document the material quality for your quality assurance.
