More clarity
We want to offer you an even better user experience. To help you find what you are looking for quickly and easily, we have optimized the design and implemented a clearer navigation structure. In the design, we have also made sure that our website is barrier-free.
Under “SERVICES” you will now find our entire service portfolio from material procurement to delivery or storage. Because HSM® is not only a material supplier, but also a system provider. Do you need machining, works certificates or would you like to conclude a framework agreement with fixed prices? Here you will find all information and the corresponding contact person.
You would like to know more about HSM®? Then take a look at “ABOUT HSM®”. Here you will find everything about our history, philosophy, career opportunities, our newsletter articles or the download center with download options of our certifications, information about HSM® and our materials. Our entire team is also represented here and also shows itself a bit privately 😊.
New materials finder with filter function
Under “MATERIALS” you will find our supply portfolio of high-performance materials. Here you can navigate directly to the material category you need. To make it even easier for you to find the right material, we have enhanced our Material Finder with a practical filter and search function.
You can now search specifically for standards, special designations or delivery forms, for example. A number of sectors have also been added. This gives you a clear list of materials that match your criteria. This function enables you to quickly find the right material for your project. On the detail page you will find more information about the material and can then request it directly. Feel free to check back again and again, because the Material Finder will continue to be fed with more and more information.
Many contact options
Customer service is very important to us. Therefore, we have also improved the contact forms. Do you already have your contact data stored in your Internet browser? Then you can have most of the fields in the contact form pre-filled automatically. A selection for the material, fields for dimensions, standards or required certificates are also already included. Would you prefer to send your requirements directly by e-mail? No problem – use the button “Request directly by e-mail” to send us your requirements by e-mail.
New seminar offers
We have expanded our range of seminars to offer you an even greater choice of further training opportunities. Under “HSM®-ACADEMY” you will still find our basic seminar “Steel” under materials science. You can now also book an advanced seminar.
Our employee Tanja Tütken is a trained sales trainer and now offers three sales trainings. If you complete the “Field Service Performance” training, you can even book a day in the field with Tanja Tütken to accompany you.
You deal with steel and metal on a daily basis, but have never worked with these materials yourself? Then our practical seminar for commercial staff is just the right thing for you. Together with our partner, the ZAW in Nuremberg, we offer you the opportunity to learn about the machining possibilities over two days and then you are allowed to turn and mill yourself.
