1.4319
X3CrNiN17-8; X5CrNi17-7
stainless steel; corrosion resistant steel
Petrochemicals, Vehicle construction & e-mobility
The material 1.4319 is an austenitic chromium-nickel steel with good mechanical properties. Due to its low carbon content, this grade is relatively resistant to intergranular corrosion, but in principle it does not achieve the corrosion resistance of other austenitic steels.
