The material titanium grade 4 is an unalloyed titanium with an increased oxygen content. Due to its excellent biocompatibility, this material is used in particular in the medical used in the medical sector and in the chemical industry. Grade 3.7064 is equivalent, but specially approved for aerospace applications.
